Reservations can be made on the booking site only. You can check availability in real time and book at any time of the day or night. Reservations cannot be made by phone, email, or Instagram DM. Please email for questions, as I cannot return international phone calls.
There is a deposit of 30,000won or $20 USD. It can be refunded 48 hours before your consultation. It cannot be refunded the day before or the day of your consultation. You can pay the remainder of the cost of your consultation amount on the same day after the consultation, or in full before (if a cancelation is requested 48 hours or less before the reservation and the full amount is paid, the remainder will be refunded except the deposit). Your consultation is not confirmed until the deposit is paid. If the deposit is not paid in time, another customer can make a reservation at the same time and it will be confirmed if they send a deposit.
The deposit can be paid by domestic bank transfer, Wise, Invoicing, or PayPal Checkout on the booking site (no PayPal account is necessary for the invoice, you can use a credit card).
In the case of not having a Korean bank account or credit card, deposits can be paid in person but must be done over 48 hours in advance (no walk-ins or same day reservations).
Reservations are automatically cancelled within 30 minutes if the deposit is not paid by PayPal and within 24 hours if the deposit is not paid by bank transfer (same day is 1 hour).
You can cancel your reservation and get a refund up to 48 hours before your reservation time (you get the deposit refunded and other payments if you paid more than the deposit, excluding the PayPal fee if you used PayPal). The deposit is not refundable 48 hours or less before your appointment. If you miss your appointment, your deposit is not refundable.
You cannot change your Program type from Program 1 to Program 2 or Program 3 the same day of the reservation (it is possible to change to Program 4 if there is enough time). You can change Program 3 to Program 1 or Program 2.
Reservations can be changed if other time slots are available (please ask for it to be done manually).
If you are more than 20 minutes late, it is very difficult to proceed with the entire consultation if there is another appointment immediately after. Please email or message me as soon as possible if you think you may be late so that accommodations can be made.
30 minutes with no contact is considered a no-show.
Babies and children under international age 13 years old are not allowed in Hybrid Rainbow Studio. Those under international age 17 must be accompanied by a guardian. There are no exceptions as this is for safety reasons.
Pets are not allowed.
No smoking allowed in the studio or building. Please do not smoke, vape, or use electronic cigarettes near the building. There are residents and other businesses in the building who may complain.
Food is not allowed in the studio. If you bring a water bottle or coffee, you must bring the bottle or cup out with you (this is due to recycling laws in Korea). Please do not leave trash in the studio or building hallways. The umbrella stand is not a trash can.
Please do not bring open alcoholic beverages to drink in the studio.
Free parking is available in the garage under the building.
CCTV is used in the studio.
There is wifi and iPhone/Samsung chargers available in the studio to use.
There are restrooms in the building with door codes.
Pictures and filming is ok except during the explanation at the start.
International or Korean debit cards, credit cards, Samsung Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Wise, Zeropay, WOWPASS, domestic Korean bank transfer, and Korean cash is accepted at the studio.
Tips are not accepted.
If you are visiting with a friend or family member who is not doing personal color, please contact me after booking and tell me in advance (this is for safety reasons). Only one person who is not doing personal color is allowed in the studio at a time. If you would like to do a group reservation, please make a reservation for each person. It can be difficult to add extra reservations last minute.
To make a group reservation you can book one reservation for each person. For example, one person starts at 1:00pm and the second person starts at 2:00pm, etc. A deposit must be made for each person.
Group reservations must arrive together.
During group reservations, it's possible for other members of the group to leave and come back while a friend is getting their consultation done.
